- Declines are private
- Turn an approach down and the sender is not notified and gets no read receipt.
- Organisations reveal first
- When a company approaches you, its name is shown to you before yours is shown to it.
- Block companies by name
- Name the companies you don’t want to be matched with, such as your employer, and they are left out of your matches.
- No identity documents
- We don’t ask for a passport or any other identity document.
- Contact details are filtered
- Emails, phone numbers and links are automatically filtered out of messages until both sides choose to reveal.
- Answering a company is free
- If a company approaches you, replying costs you nothing.
